The app has no user accounts
No registration is required, no account is created, and no name, email address or phone number is requested. There is therefore no account to delete — what can be deleted is the data associated with the installation of the app on your device.
Deleting the data yourself
Uninstall the app or clear its data through your operating system: Settings → Apps → Pawnook → Storage → Clear data.
This removes the game progress, settings and the installation identifier from the device — the random number that linked previously collected events to your device. After that the link between the device and those events is irrecoverably lost.
Requesting deletion of data already sent to analytics
Email privacy@eskoper.ru with the subject "Data deletion" and include your installation identifier, which is shown in the Game's settings. Without it the records relating to your device cannot be located: we do not collect names, email addresses or phone numbers.
What will be deleted: information about app usage associated with your installation identifier — gameplay events, diagnostic data and advertising impression data.
What will not be deleted: anonymised and aggregate metrics that cannot be traced to a specific player or device, and data the operator is required by law to retain.
Timing: requests are handled within 30 days. Processing that was based on your consent stops at the same time.
